Notes

[1] ADSL stands for Asymmetric digital subscriber line, which is a type of network technology that transmits data over telephone lines while simultaneously allowing separate telephone use. ISDN stands for Integrated Services Digital Network, which was a different network technology that would allow simultaneous internet/phone usage. It was mainly superseded by ADSL

[2] テレホーダイ refers to times when telephone rates are cheaper (similar to "unlimited evenings and weekends" or unlimited bandwidth late at night)

[3] This line refers to the era. Japan labels their eras by the contemporary emperor, so when this album was released in 2015 it was the Heisei era (more specifically Heisei 27). The previous era was the Showa era. A big running theme of this album (Fittingly titled 昭和九十年 or "Showa 90": if you count the years from the start of the Showa era 2015 would have been the 90th year) was an alternate-universe Japan where emperor Hirohito (Showa) never died, there was no changeover of the eras, and the country still maintained its wartime ideals and goals of military conquest. This also ties into the next line "after the war, or maybe before it". As an aside, since 2019 we've been in the Reiwa era

Since 届けて is a transitive form a more accurate translation for the last line would be "send them to me". Sometimes I let my interpretive biases get in the way
