Progress Report
- Gave C++ talk on Monday--not many people showed up
- CVS not set up yet
- I need special CSC quota that's accessible from both the CSC computers and undergrad to do
it
- Hopefully, I'll get this disk quota later
- No additional coding done yet
- Parser came in
Wind-Down Group Now?
- Only two weeks left
- Not much coding done yet
- Is it worthwhile even trying to finish the project?
- After a short discussion, we agreed to make a last ditch attempt to throw something together
Focus on Finishing Project or More Involvement?
- Probably only about three or four people in group understand radiosity enough to implement
- Should these people focus on coding or on helping others understand so that they can code it?
- If they help others, then, there needs to be a guarantee that people will actually code the stuff
- Group agrees that more involvement is better
Week-end Meeting?
- Do you want a week-end coding meeting?
- We'll all get together and do some coding
- People who understand radiosity will be there to direct and help others
- Group was ambiguous
- No meeting
End of Term
- Do something for the end of the term?
- No
Next Term
- Who should run the group in the summer?
- Group decided to let the CSC figure it out
- What about the fall term?
- Group sort of ambiguous
- Short discussion on how to improve group next time etc.
