There are a couple amendments to the Constitution and Code of Conduct. The amendments came from discussion last term (Winter 2018) and are inspired from past experience handling CoC complaints and making sure that complaints are handled as efficiently as possible.
Also, Secretary was not well-defined and ended up helping the VP a lot anyway. So now Secretary is Assistant VP.
Ideally, there is a real simple summary of the Code of Conduct so that anyone who wants to submit a complaint doesn't have to read the CoC themselves.
