If you have a classic chicken soup recipe you can transform it easily
into a Greek dish. Once you have created your soup, beat a couple eggs
into a non-metalic bowl. Once beaten, add freshly squeezed lemon juice
in the bowl. After this slowly add some of the chicken soup broth into
the bowl. In the future you will add the entire egg-lemon mixture into
the chicken soup, however you cannot add it immediately because the egg
will instantly solidify due to the heat. You must slowly add some broth,
spoon by spoon until the egg-lemon mixture reaches above room temperature.
Once you have added a fair volume of chicken broth, you can then dump the
egg-lemon mixture into the rest of the chicken soup. That's it, you have
"avgo-lemono soupa".
