Co-op experience not only offers students a chance to explore what working in their field of interest is like but also network with their colleagues and demonstrate their professional acumen. With nearly 7 out of every 10 offers being return offers, coop proves to be a valuable tool in furthering one's professional interests.
Of the 5-6 coop terms taken, the majority of respondents receiving a return offer got one from their final few coops. This could be because by the 5th or 6th coop, respondents not only identify their fields of interest, but also develop their hard & soft skills.
