Subject: upcoming races
Hi everyone,
President's Choice runs a Series of triathlons and duathlons. They have a booklet listing all of the races. You can pick one up at Runner's Choice (University and King) or call Trisport Promotions (905) 945-6608. An upcoming race that's lots of fun and close by is the Guelph Lake Triathlon on June 29 and has races ranging from sprint distances to Olympic. Its a great one to try your first one. It would be great to get a group from Waterloo going.
NOTE: the swim distances are in meters and the bike and run are in km.

June 29 Guelph Lake Super sprint 375s, 10b, 2.5r
July 14 Northern Tri (orillia) Sprint 750s, 30b, 7r

Short course 750m s, 30b, 7.2 r
July 28 Welland Canadian Triahtlon Championships
Olympic 1500s, 40b, 10r
There are also plenty of races in August.
