Hi there! My name is Chung Zheng and I'm currently enrolled as a Computer Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. My main focus is in computer hardware and software. However, if you ever get the chance to meet me you'll see that I also have a passion for astronomy, physical sciences, and bio-engineering. Most of all, I am a hard worker with a never-give up attitude.

Starting from a very young age, computers have influenced the way I view the world. All of our daily activities are influenced by computers, one way or another. They are the defining point of human technology, enabling us to do anything and everything, possible or impossible. It is this aspect of computers that motivates me onwards in my career; computers open us to a world of limitless possibilities.

Somewhere along the way, I developed an interest for astronomy. Inspired by scientists such as Carl Sagan, I began to look up at the night sky through a telescope. After seeing various celestial events such as the total lunar eclipse (popularly “Blood Moon”), meteor showers, and comets, my fascination only grew. Combining both of my interests, I hope to one day apply my computer expertise in the field of astronomy.
